Against a radiant magenta background, the central motif emerges from the map of Northern Germany \/ the Lower Saxon Circle (1714) \u2013 a golden sun held lovingly by a hand. At its center shines a multicolored heart \u2013 a symbol of love, the pulse of life, connection, and the awakening of inner strength. The sun\u2019s rays open the space for light, truth, and new perspectives.<\/p>\n
